The Bulk Plant system is a collection of vertical tanks in various volumes, connected to each other in a network, with each tank designed and constructed for a specific function in the production process. The main task of the Bulk Plant system is to prepare the cement required for oil wells through processes such as cutting, weighing, mixing, and storage. This system is continuously monitored and controlled in the cement production process using advanced precision instrumentation systems, and it is regulated through pneumatic components. Over the years, Nasim Karvarzi Company has designed and installed two Bulk Plant systems at the National Iranian Drilling Company workshop.
